Our Private Falconry Experience offers a deeper connection with a wide range of birds of prey, including falcons, hawks, owls, and—subject to season—Orla, our Golden Eagle.

Ideal for families, couples, and solo travellers, this one-hour session is designed exclusively for your party, offering personal attention and unforgettable moments. You’ll have the chance to hold and fly several birds, observe one of our falcons fly to a lure at incredible speeds, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of our waterfront location just outside Dingle town.

Will I get to hold a bird?

Yes, you’ll have the opportunity to hold and fly several birds, including hawks and owls, with expert guidance throughout.

Is Orla the Golden Eagle guaranteed to be there?

Orla is a highlight of many visits, but her appearance is subject to season and other natural factors. We always prioritise the wellbeing of our birds.

Does the experience run in all weather?

We operate in most weather conditions, but strong winds or heavy rain may require rescheduling. We’ll contact you if weather impacts your booking.

This was a really fun experience! We did the public falconry session and were able to hold a barn owl and a falcon. We also seen a snowy owl, baby barn owls, a golden eagle and other birds! Andy was great and explained a lot about the birds. The birds seem very well looked after. Overall a great experience and would defo recommend!
